Terms and Conditions

1. The Go Play Crypto Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") is organized by Victory Securities Company Limited ("Victory"). The promotion period starts from February 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, participant must fulfil the following requirements ("Eligible Participant(s)"):
   1. Participant(s) must be aged 18 or above ;
   2. During the Promotion Period, participant(s) must successfully open a personal securities and virtual asset account through the VictoryX APP.
3. The valid mobile number submitted by Eligible Participants when successfully opened their accounts will automatically register them for the Lucky Draw. Victory has the sole and absolute discretion in determining the eligibility of any participant in accordance with these terms and conditions for this Lucky Draw.
4. Eligible Participants will receive a Lucky Draw entry during the Promotion Period, and each Eligible Participant can win once at most.
5. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on March 5, 2025 (First round) , April 7, 2025 (Second round) and May 6, 2025 (Third round). Eligible participants for the first round of lucky draw must submit their account opening applications on or before February 28, 2025; Eligible participants for the second round of lucky draw must submit their account opening applications on or before March 31, 2025. Eligible participants for the third round of lucky draw must submit their account opening applications on or before April 30, 2025. Application submission means that all required documents for account opening have been submitted. Entry to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee the winning of any Prize. The Lucky Draw winners ("Winner(s)") will be drawn among the Eligible Participant(s) randomly by a computer system based on their provided valid mobile numbers and full names. Any winner not drawn from the first round will automatically advance to the second round, any winner not drawn from the second round will automatically advance to the third round.

6. The results of the three rounds of the lucky draw (including the winners' names and the last four digits of their mobile phone numbers) will be published on the Victory Securities website at https://www.victorysec.com.hk/ on March 12, 2025 (first round), April 14, 2025 (second round), and May 13, 2025 (third round). The complete results will be announced in the Hong Kong publications Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on May 15, 2025.

7. Each round of the Lucky Draw will have 20 winners. A total of 60 winners will be drawn from the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period.  The prizes* for each round of the Lucky Draw are as follows (“Prizes”).

*Winners of the Coldplay concert tickets cannot choose or change their seats or concert dates, and no warranties are provided for the prizes distributed.

*Flight tickets will be issued in the form of a redemption letter of equal value and winners are required to redeem the tickets with the travel agent who issued the redemption letter before the deadline. The terms and conditions of redemption will be based on the redemption letter issued by the travel agent.

8. Winner notification SMS or Prize redemption documents issued to the Winner(s) within 2-5 working days after each round of drawing (excluding public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays), based on their mobile numbers & email. The deadline for prize collection: Concert tickets in First Round Lucky draw is March 31, 2025 at 6:00pm; other prizes is June 30, 2025 at 6:00pm. Winner(s) are required to follow the instructions and terms and conditions as stated in the SMS to collect the prizes. 

9. When collecting prizes, winner(s) must present the winning notification and their Valid Identification for verification and sign an acknowledgement receipt form (if applicable) for prize collection and record-keeping purposes. Winner(s) may authorize a representative to collect the prize by completing a prize collection authorization form. The representative must bring a copy of the winner's Valid Identification for verification and sign a confirmation letter (if applicable) for prize collection and record-keeping purposes.
10. Prizes must be collected in Hong Kong during the specified Prize redemption period. In the event that a winner(s) fails to collect his/her prize before the deadline stipulated by Victory, the winner(s) shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize. Late redemption will not be accepted. Victory reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize.
11. Eligible Participant(s) must attain the age 18 or above with a Valid Proof of Identity during the Promotion Period. Otherwise, the relevant Winner(s) will be disqualified for the Lucky Draw without further notice. Victory reserves the right to re-verify the identity of the winners after the results of this lucky draw are published and to cancel the winning rights of any ineligible participants without objection.
12. Winner notification SMS or Prize redemption documents issued to the Winner(s) will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. The Lucky Draw Prize cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash and is not replaceable. In the event of any loss, damage, invalidity, or expiry, the Prizes will not be re-issued
13. The Lucky Draw and prize collection arrangements are subject to all terms and conditions set forth by Victory.
14. Victory is not the manufacturer/supplier/organizer of the prizes in this Lucky Draw, nor is it an agent of the manufacturers/suppliers/organizers. The use of all prizes is subject to the terms and conditions set by the individual manufacturers/suppliers. Victory will not assume any liability related to the use or enjoyment of the prizes, nor any responsibility regarding the supply and quality of the prizes and related concerts. For any disputes regarding the prizes, please contact the relevant manufacturers/suppliers/organizers directly. Victory and the prize manufacturers/suppliers/organizers will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of the prizes. If the relevant concert is cancelled or postponed for any reason, or if a winner is denied entry due to failure to meet the entrance guidelines and requirements, Victory will not be liable and will not provide compensation to any individual.
15. Ticket redemption letter is not applicable to deduct any tax, extra baggage charge, stamp cost and fuel surcharge. Passengers are required to pay for such charges at their own expense. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the redemption letter for details and procedures.
16. If for any reason Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Victory that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Lucky Draw, Victory  reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
17. Victory Victory will use the personal information of eligible participants for the purpose of communication, prize distribution, and analysis related to this Lucky Draw.
18. Victory reserves the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, Victory has the final decision-making authority..
19. If there are any inconsistencies between the information contained in promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
20. In the event of discrepancies in the terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
21. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
22. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
